This small, but tidy shack is situated right on the riverfront between Swan Reach & Walkers Flat only 105km from Tea Tree Gully. The shack is fully self contained and sleeps 7. A balcony out the front of the shack allows for uninterrupted views of the river and is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy watching the river life pass by. A large grassed area leads down to your own river front access, with a private jetty, perfect for boating activities.  Applications subject to approval by landlord. All bookings are required to pay a bond of $400

Winter Rates (1/6 - 31/8) @ $120 per night with a 2 night minimum stay (10% discount if 5 or more nights) Excluding June long weekend - 3 night minimum stay

Summer Rates (1/9 - 24/12 & 1/2 - 31/5) @ $180 per night with a 2 night minimum stay (10% discount if 5 or more nights)

Peak Rates (25/12 - 31/1) @ $220 per night with a 5 night minimum stay. Excluding New Years - 7 night minimum stay

Long Weekends @ $180 per night with a 3 night minimum stay

Easter @ $220 per night with a 4 night minimum stay
