This small, but tidy shack is situated right on the riverfront between Swan Reach & Walkers Flat only 105km from Tea Tree Gully. The shack is fully self contained and sleeps 7. A balcony out the front of the shack allows for uninterrupted views of the river and is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy watching the river life pass by. An undercover bbq area caters for cooking at any time in any weather. A large grassed area leads down to your own river front access, with a private jetty, perfect for boating activities.  Applications subject to approval by landlord. All bookings are required to pay a bond of $400

Winter Rates (1/6 - 31/8) @ $120 per night with a 2 night minimum stay

Excluding June long weekend - 3 night minimum stay

Summer Rates (1/9 - 24/12 & 1/2 - 31/5) @ $180 per night with a 2 night minimum stay

Peak Rates (4/1 - 31/1) @ $220 per night with a 2 night minimum stay.

Christmas/New Year (25/12 - 3/1) @ $220 per night with a 5night minimum stay.

Long Weekends @ $180 per night with a 3 night minimum stay

Easter 2011 @ $220 per night with a 5 night minimum stay
