Located on the riverfront at Pellaring Flat via Mannum, the owners have placed a granny flat on the river bank for a little extra accommodation, or bring your own caravan and use this as a extra bedroom.
Of course corporates might just enjoy the secluded location.
Caravan or camper trailer may be approved by application – $50per night – 2 extra person maximum
Plenty of room to move outside, or take a stroll along the shared jetty and enjoy a coffee or wine while relaxing on the decking experiencing the river drift by.
The property includes a Queen bed with linen, Kettle with tea/coffee making facilitates, microwave, a couple of plates and limited cutlery.
Applications subject to approval by landlord. All bookings are required to pay a bond of $500

- From $275 per night for Easter, minimum 4 nights stay applicable.
