Downstairs features large bedroom/living area, with two sets of bunks and a queen size bed. A bathroom, toilet, second fridge and plumbing to sink area, reverse cycle air conditioning unit and flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a hooded barbecue, large outdoor setting and 2 garages.

- Long Weekends @ $550 per night with a 3 night minimum stay - excluding the January long weekend
- January Long Weekend @ $620 per night with a 3 night minimum stay (if applicable)
- Christmas Week @ $590 per night with a 3 night minimum stay from 20/12
- New Years @ $590 per night with a 5 night minimum stay
- Easter 2025 @ $650 per night with a 4 night minimum stay
- $500 bond applies to all bookings
