- Off Peak Winter months with a 2 night minimum stay @ $450 per night
- Peak Spring & Autumn with a 3 night minimum stay @ $600 per night
- Summer School Holidays with a 5 night minimum stay @ $600 per night
- New Years @ $750 per night with a 7 night minimum stay applicable
- Long weekends @ $650 per night 3 night minimum stay applicable. (excluding January long weekend - please see Summer rate)
- Easter $750 per night 4 nights stay applicable.
- Local Events @ $600 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
