Inside, the well equiped kitchen and preparation area will keep the familes together as meals are prepared – or the 8 ball table will keep the family challenger busy!

Access to the river is via a private jetty under a huge river red gum with grass down to the rivers edge,
- Off Peak Winter months @ $450 per night with a 2-night minimum stay
- Peak $500 per night with a 2-night minimum stay
- Summer SA School holidays $600 per night with a 5-night minimum stay
- Long Week Ends $650 per night with a 3-night minimum stay - excluding January LWE see Summer rate
- June Long Week End $600 per night with a 3-night minimum stay
- New Years plus 1st week of January 15th @ $900 per night with a 7-night minimum stay
- Easter $800 per night with a 4-night minimum stay
- Special events @ $650 per night with a 2-night minimum stay
- Rates are based on 8 guests with additional guests @ $30 per person. Up to the maximum of 15
- All bookings have a Cleaning fee of $300 per stay.
