- Off Peak - Winter Months @ $405 per night with a 2 night minimum stay

- SA Long Weekends @ $640 per night with a 3 night minimum stay excluding June & January. January included in summer rates
- June Long Weekend @ $590 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
- New Years week @ $665 per night with a 7 night minimum stay
- Easter @ $665 per night with a 4 night minimum stay
- all of the above rates are based on 8 guests, additional guests @ $20 per person per night up to a maximum of 10 guests
