Look over the vast river scape in front of you it would be easy to forget you are right in the middle of the town of Mannum, set along the popular stretch of Mannum’s river front not far from the Mary Ann Reserve boat ramp,
The two story home is set towards the back of the extra large river front block with lawn down to the riverside, upstairs is three bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom, with a deck running the length of the home.
Down stairs is another bedroom, a games room with billiard table, dart board, two tri bunks and bathroom.
Outside is a large dining table and BBQ.

- Off Peak - Winter months @ $600 per night with a 2 night minimum stay
- Illuminate Mannum 4th - 13th August @ $690 per night mid week and $790 per night Friday & Saturday night.
- Peak Rates @ $750 per night with a 2 night minimum stay
- Summer - SA School Holidays @ $800 per night with a 5 night minimum stay excluding the January long weekend
- January Long weekend @ $850 per night with a 5 night minimum stay
- Long weekends (excluding June & January) @ $800 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
- June Long Weekend @ $700 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
- All above rates are based on 12 guests with an additions $20 per person per night up to a maximum of 14 guests.
- Christmas week @ $1200 per night with a 5-night minimum stay
- New Years 2022/23 @ $1200 per night with a 4-night minimum stay
- Easter @ $1200 per night with a 5-night minimum stay
- $175 cleaning fee and bond apply for all bookings.
