- Summer – SA Summer School Holidays $545 per night with a 5-night minimum stay
- New Years $705 per night with a 7-night minimum stay
- Easter $705 per night with a 4-night minimum stay
- Special Events $705 per night with a 2-5 night minimum stay
- A $400 cleaning fee and a $500 bond is applicable per stay
