Mannum holiday home with its own playground set on 1 acre of private gardens. Secluded 4 bedroom elevated home taking in the stunning views of the countryside and lagoon with its bird life, situated approx 2km from Mannum township.
This fully self contained home sleeps 6 to 8 persons comfortably, with 3 double bedrooms each with a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom a double sofa bed or the room can be used as a retreat/kid’s playroom.
The property has a large open-plan living & kitchen area with a fully covered veranda and front balcony which overlooks the lagoon. There is a wood fire for winter and also a/c for summer or winter. A private Jetty is on the lagoon for fishing or just relaxing or playing by the water’s edge.
Plenty of room outside for the children to run and explore, with a great private BBQ area under shady trees and large sails (taken down during winter) taking in the views, immediately next to children’s play area, basketball and full size soccer goal together with crazy putt -putt giving the whole family something to do – or you could just sit and relax!

- Summer Months @ $280 per night (excluding Long weekends & local events) with a 2 night minimum stay
- SA School Holidays $280 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
- Long Weekends $320 per night, with a 3 night minimum stay
- Local events (eg Sounds by the River) @ $370 per night, with a 3-night minimum stay
- Easter & Christmas $320 per night x 4 nights, or $340 x 3 nights
